Ground floor: Entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200 cm.)

Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90x200 cm)

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (90x200 cm).

The bedrooms are fitted with window shutters.

Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and sauna. Hairdryer available.

Washing area with washing machine and drying rack. Ironing board and iron available.

First floor:

By means of a staircase you reach the first floor. Here you will find a landing with toilet and balcony with drying line.

Dining room, kitchen and living area (one large space) from which you have access to the large balcony with beautiful views of harbors, beaches and IJsselmeer. This floor is equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher, extractor hood and oven. Filter coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.

On the second floor there is still a (children's) bedroom with two single beds of 90x200 cm.

Behind the house there is a spacious lockable patio with seating area, swing and barbecue.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the property is not allowed.

Cleaning fee €100.

Booking of bed linen is mandatory for €10 per person.

Gas / water / electricity are included in the price.
