Luxurious 2 to 8-person holiday home in a unique location on the butter harbour of Urk, with a view over the harbours, beach and IJsselmeer. The house is not suitable for disabled people due to the living room being located on the first floor.

Ground floor: Entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200 cm.)

Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 x 200 cm)

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (90 x 200 cm.).

The bedrooms have windows with mosquito screens.

Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and sauna. Hairdryer available.

Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. Ironing board and iron available.

First floor:

A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a landing with a toilet and balcony with a drying line.

Dining area, kitchen and living room (one large space) offering access to the large balcony with a beautiful view of the harbours, beaches and IJsselmeer. This floor has air conditioning.

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher, extractor hood and oven. Filter coffee machine, Senseo, toaster.

On the second floor there is an additional bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). This room can be used when you are staying with 7 or 8 people.

At the rear of the house there is a spacious enclosed patio with seating area, swing and barbecue.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the house is not permitted.

A mandatory cleaning fee applies.

Bed linen hire is mandatory at €12 per person

Gas/water/electricity are included in the price.
