Welcome to the holiday home "Botterhaven Urk"

These house rules indicate how we would like you to treat the holiday home and its inventory. We have drawn up a number of rules. We hope that you can agree with them. If you adhere to them, you will help us to continue to offer the best possible service to you and other guests in the future. These house rules are intended to provide you with a pleasant and problem-free stay.

We ask you to adhere to the following house rules. We wish you a pleasant stay!

CHECK IN:

Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out before 10:00. On the left at the front door you will find a key safe. This contains the house key to the front door and the parking pass for 1 car.

You will receive the code for the key safe on the day of arrival.

NB !

Parking: The holiday home is located in the blue zone of old Urk. This means that you may park for a maximum of 3 hours with a blue parking disc behind the windshield of your car. An exception applies to 1 car per home, which may be parked there permanently in the parking spaces provided that you have the blue parking pass behind your windshield. You can find the parking pass in the key safe next to the front door. The parking pass is therefore different from the parking disc.

2. Please deposit your waste in the designated grey container. Please use closed garbage bags. Paper and cardboard can go in the blue container.

3. Always use the linen that is on the beds upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in a charge for cleaning pillows, duvets and mattresses.

4. Bed linen is provided, as well as kitchen towels and tea towels. Bath towels can be rented for 4.00 euros per set of 3 bath towels.

Bed linen is included in the cleaning costs, all beds have single mattresses and duvets. You are obliged to make the beds! And to take them off again upon departure and to put everything neatly down in the entrance hall. Please make sure that you take off 1 fitted sheet from the mattress? There is also a molton fitted sheet on it, you must leave this!

5. The oven, refrigerator and freezer must be left clean and empty by the tenant.

6. All dishes must be done upon departure. We also ask that you empty the dishwasher and put everything back in the cupboards.

7. Don't forget to put away or take with you any food you brought with you.

Rules of life:

9. SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED in the holiday home. If you smoke in the garden, please throw the butts in the ashtray provided outside.

10. Damage? Inform us as soon as possible if you are missing items from the inventory. Let us know if you need help. Our telephone number is 06 23 00 96 97. This way we can quickly resolve any imperfections. We are also available for questions about the house, trips or other questions.

11. No one will deliberately damage anything in the house. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would very much appreciate it if you report any damage to us as soon as possible, so that we do not discover it after your departure. The house is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, because they too should be able to enjoy a comfortable holiday. The tenants are liable for damage caused by them, fellow tenants or guests. Costs for this damage will be deducted from the deposit. If everything is in order, we will transfer the deposit to you.

12. The owner is not responsible for accidents in and outside the holiday home. The tenant is liable for all loss and/or damage to the holiday home, the garden and the furnishings (inside and outside), if this is the result of actions or negligence by yourself or by third parties who are in the house with your permission.

13. The house is located in the historical center of Urk. May we kindly ask you to respect the peace of the neighbors between 23:00 and 9:00.

14. Loud (bachelor) parties are not allowed.

15. The house should be clean and tidy upon arrival. If this is not the case, you may report this immediately to the landlord.

16. The house is not rented to young people and/or groups of young people. The house is only rented to 21+ years.

17. Pets are not allowed.

18. No more than 8 (+1 baby) persons may stay in the holiday home.

19. If, at a later date, additional persons come to stay in the property without the landlord's knowledge, there will be an immediate claim of 10% of the rental amount per additional person, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

20. As owner/landlord, we always reserve the right to enter or have entered the rented areas during your stay and after our request for inspection and urgent maintenance work.
